Tree Care Process

Schedule- 

Request a FREE consultation by calling our office at 215-659-1613 or submitting an email request on our website. When you call our office, one of our secretaries will collect your contact information and schedule a day & time for our Arborist to meet with you.

It is critical for our Arborists to meet with you to make sure we fully understand your needs & discuss our recommendations with you.

Consultation-

We typically need about 15-30 minutes of your time to listen to your needs & walk your property. Our Arborists will inspect your trees for soil & root issues, pruning needs, insect & disease concerns, & structural hazards. Our Arborist will prepare a written price estimate to leave with you or schedule service at the time of your consultation.

Scheduling Your Job-

Simply circle the items you would like us to complete on your written estimate, sign off on the estimate, & return a copy back to us by mail, e-mail, or fax. It is our company policy not to perform any work orders without a client signature for authorization.

Once we recieve your signed estimate, one of our office assistants will contact you to inform you that we have recieved your returned estimate.

Your Work Order will then be passed on to your Sales Rep and our Project Manager, who will contact you to inform you that it has reached that stage of the process. At this time we will give you a rough time frame of when we expect to schedule your job depending on our backlog and weather conditions.

When we're ready to schedule your job, we will give you about 1-3 days notice to let you know what day our crew will be arriving at your property.

Performing Your Work-

Our crew will introduce themselves & walk your property to review your work order upon arrival if you're home. This allows us to make sure the crew fully understands your needs & concerns before starting the work. Upon completion of the work order, our crew leader will ask you to confirm everything has been completed to your satisfaction before we leave your property. 

Courtesy Follow Up-

We will contact you after the work has been performed to make sure we have met or exceeded your expectations. If for any reason you're not satisfied with any aspect of your job, we will work with you until you are satisfied. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Payment-

An invoice will be mailed to you shortly after your work has been performed. Typically payment is due upon completion unless other terms have been agreed upon at the time of scheduling. We accept Cash, Check, or most Credit Cards with our Online Bill Pay.
