Snow & Ice Management Services
At Sauers Tree & Landscape Service Inc, we know that a clear and safe facility is your number one priority during and following any winter storm. Our mission is to perform our work in a manner that consistently exceeds your expectations and, we’ll often ask you how we’re doing, to be sure we are doing just that.
Successfully accomplishing this goal requires a detailed and documented plan for your site. Well before the first forecast of snow, we will have walked your site with you to clearly understand your needs and expectations. We then create a detailed customized site plan identifying resources, site specifics and your expectations. During a storm, our crews will be executing their work according to this plan, under the direct supervision of one of our management staff.
Before, during and after a storm, our manager, responsible for your site, will be in communication with you. You’ll know when we start to work, how we’re doing, and when we’re done. No surprises, just straight-forward communication so that you can focus on other work priorities, knowing that your facility will be safe and open for operation.
As a member of the Snow and Ice Management Association, we have the knowledge and experience to perform our work according to industry best practices. We use state-of-the-art salt spreading and snow removal equipment to complete our work as professionally and efficiently as possible. For example, we use high capacity “Pusher Boxes” ranging in size from 10’-20’ wide to quickly clear large volumes of snow, where possible. At truck terminals and distribution centers, we use specialized equipment to pull the snow away from loading docks, which helps reduce our client’s liability.
As a certified woman owned business, we may be able to help you meet corporate purchasing requirements.
Additionally, Sauers, Inc. is one of only six companies in the region to have a Certified Snow Professional (CSP) on staff. A CSP is a business owner or manager who has taken the next step in managing and running a professinal snow and ice management business. This individual has met the experience requirements in the field and studied for and passed a rigorous exam covering business, legal, subcontractor, snow science, snow mechanics, and human resource topics. We are proud of Stephanie Sauers for her accomplishments in the snow and ice management industry.
